I have looked through your site and couldnt find anything on my problem , so I,ll ask : ) I need to have the install drivers , my computer cant see the Ba1000. I used too could ,lol. I reinstalled windows and all is gone now.

No, I have those files . I need the original cd install disc or drivers for windows xp to reconize the Bantam player. But many thanks for trying. My problem is that Windows XP doesnt evn see it at all.

Have you checked the website for Bantam's manufacturer? If that doesn't work, try googling the name of the player and "drivers".

The bamtam is a mass storage device, no drivers are needed. Ot could be it is broken.
