I have an Olympus m:robe 100 and I didn't see a download for the m:robe drivers. Does Sveta support the m:robe and what driver do I download? If not, will it support the m:robe in the near future?

Does the drive show up in Windows Explorer? If so, you can simply use the "Generic Removable Device Driver".

It shows up in Windows Explorer. I tried that Generic Remvoable Device Driver. It transfers mp3's to the m:robe but they don't show up on the player when I browse through the music on the player.

Does anyone know if the m:robe 100 is at all similar to any other mp3 player? I know it requires "syncing".

From what I can see with the m:robe, all that needs to be done is to modify the generic driver.
When you transfer a file to the device, it doesn't use the m:robe's numbering scheme (which is pretty easy btw). It just puts the file in the root directory under it's text name, which you can do just by using drag and drop after opening the device under "My Computer".
The driver needs to update the database (aka table of contents) in the SYSTEM/DATA folder, and then it needs to change the name of the file to the filename scheme that m:robe uses (i.e. MB120004.wma), and then to place it in a folder under USER/MUSIC.
The driver DOES read the files off the device and transfer them to the computer properly, with name conversion. (I don't know if a delete would actually update the database files though.)
The naming scheme for each folder found in USER/MUSIC (which apparently represent albums), is MB000001, MB000002, etc., and each song within each folder is MB120001.{mp3/wma/etc}, MB120002..., etc.
That would be enough to make this initially compatible. Bells & whistles could be added later (i.e. Playlists are apparently not supported by just making a list of names and putting it in a PLAYLISTS folder. They appear to be virtual albums (in XML) listed in the SYSTEM/LIST/MUSIC directory.)
I don't own one of these, just trying to help my friend out who does, but I think there are enough of these devices out there to make it worthwhile to modify the driver.
So, to the owner of the driver source:
The dbpowerAMP package is a great generic front end. All that it needs is your back end module (driver) to be modified, and then dbpowerAMP will be able to advertise compatibility with yet another device, and the users who were orphaned by Olympus will be able to have a single piece of software that works great, as opposed to all the ridiculous hacks that are floating around out there.
If I can be of service, please don't hesitate to email me, however, I only have limited access to this device while my friend is in town.
