Beta: m4a Codec update - Apple Lossless iTunes v5 compatible

An update to the Apple lossess decoder (previously iTunes v5 created files couldn't be decoded):

I tried it out and it converts the new apple lossless format perfectly, thank you.
Although, it does seem to convert the files slower than the previous codec did. Oh well, as long as it converts the files, its fine by me.

I have just converted a small batch of FLAC files and all seems fine. The tags also seem to read correctly now.
