After downloading and installing the power amp player and the music converter and adding the ra codec the program will not open, also freezes my pc. I have to do control alt delete to get out of it can you help? I have windows Me

It is the Player that freezes the PC? The Music Converter is ok?

If it is try bringing up My Music Collection without the player, does that work?

Yea, the music converter works but the player still does not respond, I even tried re downloading it.

the program responds the way it should. But when I use it, and go to shut down my pc I always get a blue screen.

Do any other players do the same? if so, it is a driver problem, look to update the drivers for your sound card.
