I just bought Sveta Fully Loaded and when I try to run it I still get a message saying that my trial has expired...What's the deal? Thanks.

From your reciept email install the download link over the top of your existing Sveta.

Well, that's what I did in the first place. It downloaded dMC-r11-registered which I then installed. I didn't get any overwrite prompts though. I will try again.

Alright, so that did exactly the same thing. Perhaps the receipt leads to me to the wrong download? Much thanks.

You mean it's still not working as registered?
Did you also reboot?

Restarting does not help. I have a feeling that something odd happened with the original Sveta install. I installed it only a few days ago, so the "trial period expired" message popping up was unexpected as it is. Perhaps I should try to reinstall Sveta 5 and then install the dmc-r11 again? Also, this seems to only be affecting Sveta, DMC seems to work (or at least does not give me the prompt). Thanks for the advice!

Is everyhting installed to the same exact folder: c:\Program Files\Illustrate ?
Are you signed in as Admin?

Yes to both questions. Should I perhaps try and reinstall everything?

I'd say so.
I hope you've saved all the downloaded installer files for everything so you can just install them.
You'd have to uninstall first.
But there is a particular order to follow when installing. There was a thread somewhere on that....
I believe the post is from LtData here:

OK, that did not fix the problem. I uninstalled everything and then downloaded and reinstalled the following: Sveta 5 beta, the updated Philips HDD100 driver, and then I reinstalled the dMC-r11-registered file. dMC says "registered" by it, Sveta has no indication about registration status except of course when I run it and it says that it's expired. Is there another version that I could try? I really want this to work because Sveta is a terrific program...Much thanks for the help.

Uninstalled everything once more, installed Sveta 5, hdd100 driver, dMC r11, then dmc-r11-registered...no effect at all. I've pasted the config settings that it shows after I install the registered version:

The problem is Sveta RC1 has moved onto its own registration, which should have activated for 30 days worth of trial, but if the Time / Date on the comptuer is moved then it will instantly expire. The further problem is there is no registered install for Sveta RC1, not until 2-3 weeks time (we are working flat out on this), so for now the only solution is to go back to Sveta R5 beta 6 (one before) which activates off the Power Pack, unstall Sveta first, then install this version:
http://www.dbpoweramp.com/beta/SvetaPortableAudio-r5b6.exe
Then remove your player from 'Sveta Add Devices', and re-add it. Sorry if this seems a little Micky Mouse but the situation is quite unique in that Sveta is moving from a older registration system onto a new one with this release.

Thanks so much, that fixed the problem. Considering that I have already purchased Sveta Fully Loaded, how will I be able to get the new version when it comes out?
