1st off I really love all the DB applications. I even paid for them all!!
Now if I could get Sveta to work consistently!!!
Here is where I'm at:
I believe I have current application and IPOD driver.
Unable to connect to IPOD with Sveta.
IPOD shows up as drive under My Computer
IPOD is OK in device manager-not a yellow!
IPOD shows as connected.
IPOD connects in other applications Itunes, Rhapsody etc.
Deleted device via Sveta "Add/Remove" as per instructions.
Tried to add device -"no device found"
I even tried the advance route to manually add devices-no luck.

Any direction would be helpfull.

Are you using the latest Sveta beta and iPod drivers? Link below.

Yes I am.
Even uninstalled/installed again from your link both app & driver.
I hear the IPOD spin-up when I try to add a device but allways comes up with no device found.
Thanks for your prompt response.

Has it ever detected the ipod? has Sveta placed an icon on the desktop?

Yes for both.
I have had a connection issue several times.
I usally have to go through many steps to get it to connect, reboot, delete ipod under device manager etc.
I have this issue on two different pc's-my office and home.

If you have somthing like iTunes installed it can mess with Sveta, try uninstalling iTunes (or see the help for other options to disable iTunes).

For reasons I'm not sure but I'm able to connect at my office?
I did uninstall/re-install Rhapsody rebooted then everything worked.
I also disabled all the Apples services.
However once you start Itunes everythign restarts.
Even with these services running I'm able to connect with Sveta?
This is what I have experinced in the past. One day I'm able to connect then for no apparent reason I can't

If the ipod is drive d then select (when sveta cannot connect): start >> run

d:\ipod_control

an explorer window should appear with file listings.
