I made the mistake of trying powerpack. There was a glitch in the system and it didn't work. Subsequently, I tried using the basic dbPowerAmp program, but it is not working at all now, because it says my "trial period expired" for PowerPack.
I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it, but it is still not allowing me use of the program due to the "trial period expired" for the PP.
Can someone please tell me how to get the basic dbPA program working again?
Thank you!

Normally what shouldn't be working from dMC is encoding to mp3 - everything else should be working OK - minus powerpack specific features. You now need to buy the registered version of dMC which includes the license for mp3 encoding and the Powerpack.

Which version of dMC are you using/installing?
dMC now comes with powerpack as part of the package whilst with earlier versions the powerpack was an optional extra/download.

Just to let you know, you could fill out in your forum profile what version you are using, so we can address your problem faster.

I noticed that there's no link on front page for seperate Powerpack for older versions - I had to uninstall old version and install new version - Now I just spotted link to seperate power pack in the forum FAQ post

If you got the r11 version of dbConverter then the mp3 option is disable unless you buy the powerpack software.
If you installed the powerpack option and have the older version then I not sure what to do except completely uninstall dbpower amp converter and removing the registry that has Illustrate and dbpoweramp. There was nothing in the Add/remove or start menu about uninstalling powerpack.

Are you actually suggesting here, in the dBpowerAMP forum, to "crack" any of dBpowerAMP's program?
Are you serious ?
Thus is an old thread, so your recommendation is both inappropriate and useless.
