I have connected the cable, switch on the device and the program has detected it. I have internal memory and combined memory formatted. And it did in success.
But whatever I try to copy any mp3 files to the device, it give me this message:

Unable to send [The file path] to portable player. Please check connection and player has free memory.

The program connects to device and detect it. I just format the memory, why not enough?

But one thing strange, I've check on the device's screen, total memory = 64MB, remaining = 48MB.
I should have both formatted, why the value so strange?

Please advice! Thanks in advance!

Try different delay settings in the advanced settings (see the dbpoweramp f20 help file).

It works now!! My computer has LPT1 settings as EPP, I changed it into ECP and everythings are just working very well. Now I can copy mp3 files into external and internal memory.

At last, only one thing left, the program shows internal memory = 64MB but it should be 32MB. If just display uncorrectly, that's ok, I'd like to know if this damages the device when capacity is exceed.

Anyway, thanks spoon. And sorry for not to search pervious post before ask.
