Since I do in order that the Spoon Installer does not do installers uninstall?

Spoon Installer does have an uninstall - Start >> Settings >> Control Panel >> Add / Remove Programs

No, I want do itīs create a new proyect and that it not create the uninstall settings in Add / Remove Programs.

You would have to edit the source code - remove that section from Spoon Install Creator.
