Download problem

I registered March 14. I downloaded then but lost the install file. So I got my original email and clicked on http://www.dbpoweramp.com/registration/ . Then clicked on the Initiate Registered Link Retrieval link. I did not read the instructions properly and did not notice the User Name and Password. It appears that I am shut out of the site. The message stated that I can try again in a week. Is that true or do I have to something or tell someone to reinstate my registered status?

Ok, I read that but what does that mean? The first link is the one I wrote about. Three times it the password box poped up and I did not have one. And the link to email turned out to not to be a link.

The link referring to e-mail links to a page that has an e-mail on it. Note that the e-mail address is embedded in a picture.

i think it is 2 reasons

1. avoiding spam
2. if spoon changes the email it won't matter because all the links we provide to email we point to will always be the same http://www.dbpoweramp.com/email.htm

Mainly spam, but even then that address is picking up the odd spam.
