dMC cannot convert encrypted wma files. Read here: http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=5115

I purchased music via buy.com and ended up with .wma files that are protected. I could not use dMC to convert the files directly to mp3 to put on my iPod Shuffle. So I burned an audio CD and then round tripped them back in using the dMC Audio CD. When ripping them I did so with a LameMp3 Codec.

Seems to have worked.

You can rip any audio cd with dMC Audio CD Input if you want to keep it all in the "family" :smile2:

LtData, you referred him to such an old thread!

Auxiliary Input no longer needs to be downloaded if you have the latest version of dBpowerAMP Music Converter. Simply select Auxiliary Input from the Start Menu and do whatever you need.

I don't think it was an old thread at the time LtData referred to it - check the dates :D
