Lame codec is missing a preset setting

The medium preset is missing. standard, extreme and insane are there but not medium. Medium is not new. Been there since at least 3.94.

Two separate issues (missing option in dll, exe version out of sync with dll).
Two separate programs (lame dll codec in dMC, lame.exe codec download).
Two separate downloads (dMC, lame.exe code download).

Therefore I figured two separate posts. Simple enough explanation?

Is that exposed in the DLL? ie can something like CDEX use it? not everything is in the dll.
