the download of adaptec aspi 4.71 was causing my cd rom and rewriter to be not recognized . i fixed with aspiforce 4.6 and now dbpower amp and audio crusher work fine. anyone having similar problems should go to aspiradified.com for 7 pages of good info and aspiforce download. thanks for the help and keeping me on track spoon.
