Converting from MP3Pro Crashes

I just downloaded and installed the MP3Pro codec and followed the directions to the letter. However, when I go to convert an MP3Pro file to a WAV file, the program crashes. I am using the right-click convert to function on the MP3Pro file and I choose .WAV as the output.

Can someone please advise on this problem? I'm using Win2000 with 256 MB RAM, PIII 850 MHz.
