SPA is so neat! it would deserve a wishlist of its own. Here I go and start it. Well, actually it's not about SPA but dAP. Anyway, you guys should all use dAP in connection with SPA. There is a really cool feature in the 'music collection' part of it, the 'random selector', and, within it, an even cooler one, the length calculator. The thing is that I have files of various bitrates (I keep part of my collection in 64kbps mp3PRO to avoid messing around with my CDs). It would be even better if one could choose an amount in MB instead of length in minutes (so as to avoid having 40Mb left free on the player).
Since I mentioned those CDs of mine it would be great too if the 'music collection' could keep track of these (showing of course in some column the title of the CDs the tracks are on).
As for SPA properly speaking, it would be great if the program treated playlists as playlists and not as files. What I mean by that is that instead of transfering the playlist file to the rio when selecting the playlist and hitting the 'copy selected files to player', SPA transfered the files defined in that playlist (don't know if it's very clear).
Last thing, that might look like a silly request, but it would be nice if the network ressources appeared in the explorer-like part of SPA window. I happen to have files scattered across several computers on a local network and would like to access them easily.
Well, I'll follow up if I have some bright ideas popping up. Please feel free to do the same.
