Most probably the files you downloaded are protected so you'll have a very hard time to convert them to anything else through any regular means. There's a very long thread on this so better be prepared for a long read and to try different methods. http://forum.dbpoweramp.com/showthread.php?t=4838

What worked for one person may not work for you or not for all your files which you may think are of the same type, it depends entirely on the actual encoding of the file you have.
