Configuring getpopupinfo

Is there a way to configure Popupinfo to display only certain information? I only use about 3 or the 15 + categories displayed

I believe there is a capability to delete tag fields which might accomplish the same result except that if you edit the fields out of the tag entirely I would be worried about losing the tag information permanently (you might not want the information in your Popupinfo but you might still want to retain it).
So I don't think there is a simple way to accomplish configuring your Popupinfo display. However, perhaps another user may be better informed on this topic.
