i ripped a cd to my neuros mp3 and converted it on the fly with the pwer pack program . all went well. i could even here the hardrive of my player moving when the data was sent to it. when i went to look for the groups name on the player not listed. very dissappointed. can someone point me in the right direction of what maybe causing this. i even tried using the sveta software and again it shoewd the files in its database but not on my machine.

The neuros cannot use Svetas Removable device driver as its own database needs updating, so Sveta cannot work with the Neuros.

even with the generic drivers. why was the neuros looking like it was excepting the info. it kept telling me synchronizing do not disconnect.

In that mode it is acting as a removable disc, for example you could use the Sveta Removable driver with an iPod, but it will not see the uploaded audio tracks.
