Problem with Beyond Skin

This might not be the best spot for this, but I have run into a problem with the Beyond skin and that skin only. When I first downloaded the skin the main amp had 2 overlapping circular windows, there was a tray control, some options which appeared in the upper left corner of the desktop and you could open up a mini control
Recently, when I open this skin I have only been able to see the tray control (although the main skin shows on the menu bar). By changing my screen resolution settings I was able to find a corner of the circular visualizations window and drag that to the middle of the desktop. By a similar procedure, I was able to find the mini control but I have not had any luck with the corner options menu or with the main amp control screen. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the skin several times and re-downloaded and reinstalled the skin again. I still have not been able to locate the missing components.
Any ideas about what might be going on and how I might fix this?

Have you tried deleting it from the registry? It kind of sounds like the X & Y coordinates that position these items have been moved beyond the display area.
I'd try deleting the skin from the registry and then reinstalling it.
It should be listed under HKEY_CURRENT_USER.
