no device found- IRiver IFP-380T

I have installed the correct driver and my USB bus controller says that my device is connected and working but the device does not show up when I try to add it. How can I fix this problem? Thanks!

Make sure you have the latest firmware installed (from iRiver) so that thei iRiver appears as a removable drive in explorer.

You should also check out the latest Sveta and removable driver in 'Beta', it is much better, feature wise.
