This is something I found while doing a little performance tuning.
When you first try to add the device to Sveta, the program just hangs, it may be because the service controlling digital music player serial codes has been disabled.
So, if you're running Windows XP (Pro or Home), and maybe even Windows 2000, follow these instructions. You'll need administrator priviledges.
Go to Start > Run and type "services.msc". Scroll down to Portable Media Serial Number, right click on it, and choose Properties. Make sure it is set to Automatic, and that the service is running.
Sveta should now be able to comminicate with your device.
