Hi!
After I rip to my iPod dbPoweramp disconnects. Can I stop this?

Do you mean that when you close sveta your ipod disconnects?
If so, that's an easy fix:
"Run Sveta Explorer - Extras >> iPod Properties and switch off the option 'Auto Dismount'"

coool... it was doing my head in!
Also do you have to run iTunes to update the iPod database?

That should be the default location, iTunes will write audio files there - but the iPod seems happy no matter where your audio files are.

In fact with this cool program called 'Sveta' you can make your ipod music directories 'human readable' by saving the files into dir structures of your choosing. Just rummage thru the extra options.
The only thing (I think?) that isnt implemented in Sveta yet is telling it to write to /Music instead of to the hidden directory "/Ipod_Control/Music".

Soon :) (New Sveta Release with new Removable Driver, then Rio Karma will get playlist support, then iPod will be updated for the new Sveta...which is looking good).
