flac to AAC to iPod

I'm trying to use Sveta to move flac files to my iPod. I tested Sveta with a few files using the new Quicktime encoder. The tags don't seem to be moving correctly. My files are saved in the following structure:
flac/artist/album/track number - title
The file on the iPod are showing the track number as the artist and I don't think they have any album tag. All the files are tagged correctly with vorbis comments. Am I doing something wrong.
