I needed to recover that file from my S10 since I accidently deleted from my computer. But everytime I tried to click the arrow that points to the right, it gives me that error:
Device Reported 'Track 06.mp3' Cannot be Retrieved.
The upload from computer to player works fine with Sveta Portable Audio and Rio's own software. It's the reverse that doesn't work. How do I do that?
I'm using Release 10 Beta 3.

Uninstall the Rio Sveta driver, then install the beta Rio driver for the Karma (in beta section of this forum), it should work with the S series and will allow mp3 files to be downloaded.

I tried your suggestion and downloaded the driver. Installed it as instructed.
But I'm still receiving the same error. I decided to format the player's internal memory (as it doesn't use mmc or sd cards). So I transferred again two test files - one .wma and one .mp3 from the computer to the player.
Both were transferred successfully using the beta driver. But I cannot transferred FROM the player to the computer. The transfer dialog remains at 0% for about 5-10 seconds then the same error comes up. I also notice that the files I tried to transferred appeared on my hard drive (the directory where I wanted it to place) but they were both zero bytes.
