Svetaexplorer problem

Please help me! My svetaexplorer doesn’t work anymore! Every time I start the problem I get the message “please install power pack” (or something like that) but after I downloaded and installed it, the message still didn’t disappear! What can I do? I really hope you can help me!

The trial version of the Power Pack will have run out, if you have registered it install the registered version of the Power Pack (a link in the email reciept).
