rio 800 download problem

I have rio 800, and I installed SPA. I found a big problem.
I can upload files in any format (.mp3,.wma,.doc,.bmp etc) from my pc to my rio800, however, when I try to download files, I mean any, from rio800 to my pc, there come the message saying "the files can not be retrieved". So I just can not download file to my pc.
Could you help me to solve the problem.
I have installed SPA, Rio800 Sveta device driver and driver coming along with my mp3player.

Some/All of the Rio players will not let you download files from the device to the computer (it's to stop piracy, apparently). Not much you can do I'm afraid.

Yes, all Rio players after the 500 series have DRM in place to stop people from "sharing" their music, which means you cannot retrieve files back off a Rio that was produced after the 500 series. :(
