AU Format jis aint converting

I am only stressed out here...
I hav tried and tried and this doesnt work.
My au audio files wont convert 2 mp3...
i hav dl the au codec and still no help.
Then i dl power pack and still nothing...

please help.

How does it not work? you cannot select au? or it crashes?
