ID Tag - find/replace not working

Hi - I'm trialling RC13 at the moment. It's superb, so expect my cash soon ;)

One question, though. I use Multi-Encoder to rip to Apple Lossless (ver 8 of the codec - btw the resulting files work fine on an AppleTV now) and LAME -V2.

I've set the ID tag options to replace / with _ and \ with _

However, the resulting rips still have / and \ in their tags. Is this a limitation of using multi-encode, or have I set something wrongly? Thanks!!

Where abouts in the program did you set the replacement of / and \?

...hope that helps! Doubt it's relevant, but I also use a couple of DSP's, Hidden Track Silence Removal and ID Tag Processing (maps some Encoder tags, and performs a few "all except" tag deletions.

I should add that / is being replaced with - automatically by CD Ripper in the filename (I've set the file-naming to be %track%-%title%).

Thanks Spoon! I've got a work-around using mp3tag to find and replace / and \ with _ in all fields. It's only a problem when I do any tagging involving the filename in mp3tag; of course then the slashes start creating directories, and it all starts going wrong!!

Checked in R13.1 and the replacements are working, it is a perfectmeta option so will only work with the data as it comes in from perfectmeta (not if / was typed)
