Can't connect to Creative Jukebox

When I try to connect to my creative jukebox the application just hangs when trying to retrieve the track listings. This also happens when I use the "convert to" option. It never actually connects to the jukebox as I can still operate the jukebox from the players controls and don't get a "HOST IS IN CONTROL" message.

Jukebox Details:

Playcenter version 2.52
Firmware version 2.95
Hardware version 2

Is it possible for you to try it with Windows Media Player 7? my stuff uses the same communications as WMP.

I am experiencing exactly the same problem. I have no problem connecting to the Jukebox (it has now 30GB...) from JBCommander.

Windows media player connects but does not show me the list of tracks on the player.

Sveta explorer connects but hangs... CPU is used, but nothing else...

I would contact support for Creative, it should work with Media Player.
