Hi there
bought the new ipod classic today, and I don't want to use the itunes bloatware.. but this seems to be the only way to get the ipod to recognise the MP3 files which I upload onto it. I used sveta along with the reg merge file for the ipod driver but the ipod say "no music" even though in 'my computer' the space has been used.

Something to do with the location perhaps... ipod_control/music/f00, f01, f02 etc.

I have windows XP with dbpoweramp 11.5, sveta r5

If I do add a file thru itunes then open it with sveta it reports that it is empty and is rewriting the db.. then if I open the ipod with itunes again it says the unti has to be restored as it can not read the dbase...

any help would be much appreciated.. I want to be able to use dbp not itunes..

thanks doobre

These newer Ipods have an encryption in the music database, Sveta is not able to write such, so the player is ignoring the files added by Sveta.

We will be working again on Sveta once CD Writer (R3) is released.
