As I want use MP3 Pro encode/decode, I must re-install the old DMC version 11.5 on the same PC.
How do I must proceed step by step to get both context menus from 11.5 and 12.4 ?

Not possible since they both are using mp3. You can install R11.5 first to a different folder and access it through the start menu (save the short cuts), hen install r12.
