MPIO FL100 Driver? [Archive]

Hey Spoon--

Just received MPIO's new 256MB player, the FL100, and was wondering if you could look into writing a driver for Sveta. I usually use LAME --aps for my encodings, but thought it would be nice to transcode the files to WMA9 on-the-fly for long trips, etc. Is this possible?

I suspect that the Sveta driver for DMG will work, mpio players are pretty much the same under the hood. Give the DMG driver a try an let me know how it goes.

Hi,

I have mine for two days now. I installed the MPIO driver, but it doesn't seems to support map's on the device. Cant make (upload) any and the maps that are already on the device don't show up.

I havn't tried the new driver yet, so maybe it's already solved, but after installing the Sveta driver for MPio, the MPio manager 2 crashes at startup. I can repair that by choosing the repair option in the setup program. But, indeed then the Sveta driver doesn't work anymore.

I got your mail and tried the drivers.
It recognizes a FL100 device and has updated Extra options. But I can't figure out how to add maps to my device and they still don't show up.
I installed the beta Sveta drivers but it shows up as Sveta Release 2A in the dMC Configuration.

I tried it on two computers.

As for the problem I described before about the MPio Manager crashing, ist seems to be solved, no problems anymore.

is there a patch for the FL 100 to enable the upload option fpr *.mp3 files? Because it really sucks not getting your files back down from the player.

I believe Sveta will allow mp3 files to be copied back...

where can you download something were you can upload your mp3 files to another pc??i really need some thing like that!
