Sveta: Release 5
dBpowerAMP Music Converter: Release 11.5
mpio: Release 3
Rio: Release 2

That is my install but when I connect the PSA player and run Sveta, I cannot see it and I get the "Run the Add Device" error:

I check my Device Manager which shows the player in the list:

I go to the add device program:

and under Advanced see the following items listed:

If I select the Rio item and click Selected Settings I see the following:

but when I try to search for the device via the Add Device button it doesn't find my PSA player and just exits the process.

I have the Rio Manager installed and it can see the device and transfer mp3's to it, Sveta cannot find it.

Help please!

I am sorry I do not know, the driver should detect the player, make sure no other program is running. If all fails you can try the Windows Media Device drivers.
