How do I slow down the speed of an audio file.

I have an mp3 audio file and it's huge (100mb). DBpoweramp handles conversion to other formats very easily but is there a way I can slow down the speed of the audio? :(

Is it possible to do this without changing the pitch?

I would prefer to do this with DBpoweramp:thumbup: and not any other software:thumbdown if possible.
