For converting .au files to .mp3 files I downloaded the .au Codec. But during the installation the program says that there's a failure in the .exe-file. Please check this .au-Codec and write an answer.

Sounds like it did not download correctly, clear your Internet Cache and try to download it again.

You also need to install it to the same place as dBpowerAMP Music Converter.
