Is this version is avaliable as free upgrade for the previous version owners ?
Remove or not the previous version12.3 before install this new version ?

If you buy a Reference version of dMC r12, all versions of dMC r12.x are free upgrades, but there is a fee to upgrade to r13, at which the same policy applies to r13.x (free) and r14 (fee), but I don't think a final amount has been decided yet.

Edit: This is only if you purchase dBpoweramp Reference, the PowerPack is a one-time purchase that gives you free updates for the life of the product.

To update Reference to R13 a small upgrade fee will be involved.
