Hi,
I have a Sony NW-A1200 portable mp3 player which came with SonicStage version 4.0 software. The software worked fine the first time I used it to transfer files to the player, but every subsequent time I've tried, the software crashes, particularly when I click the 'transfer' tab.
I have tried reinstalling the software more than once and it hasn't made any difference.
If anyone could tell me how to fix the software, or an alternative way of transferring files (I know using WMP won't work as the files need to be ATRAC3 - is there software I can use to convert the files that will then let me transfer using WMP?) I'd be extremely grateful.
(I'm running Windows XP Home Edition)
I don't know if this is the right place for this query, and if not, I'd be glad if someone could point me in the right direction.
