Rio800 and IDTags

When I use SPA to send MP3 files with IDTAGS to my Rio800, IDTAGS are not present on my Rio (they are not displayed).

Is "Preserve ID Tags" checked?

This is a feature that diamond have ommited from their drivers, Microsoft have the same problem sending audio to a 800 through Windows Media Player 7, it won't be fixed until they release new drivers.
