Help!

I get the following error while trying to encode "aiff" to Wav or mp3: "Could not find codec needed" I have installed the aiff (apple format) encoder, and have also tried uninstalling, and re- installing everything to no avail grrrrrrrrrrr :( Please help, thanks.

You should have the option to convert To aif? if it is correctly installed.

If not make sure the aif codec is installed to the same location as dMC.

Yes it is installed to same directory: C/program files/illustrate
but it is still not working. I've tried using another conversion program, but I get: "form chunk not found" so I'm going to give up unless someone can shed some light on this, thanks :|
