View Full Version : still cant rip audio cd

I am still having problems in ripping a cd straight to my creative dap jukebox 6gig version, I have installed the creative driver and the dmc creative driver but it gets to about 10% and then it crashes. Please can anyone advise, would it be better to connect the player direct to a usb port on the pc, as at present I use a hub. :(

Direct is better, have you tried replacing the driver with the WDM driver?

Can you please explain/advise, what is the WDM driver as I have not heard of it, were can I find it. Once again thanks for your help and patience with me on this wee problem, everything else is excellent especially the new cd writer ( good bye nero! ).

Until I get around to looking at this problem (I will because folders (not really but lists of Artists Albums etc) are being added soon).

Uninstall the Sveta Creative Jukebox Driver, and install the Sveta Creative Nomad Driver, it uses the older WDM interface (but you might not like it) in which case just wait for an update...
