I have a Rio500 and purchased a registered copy of PowerPack. I have installed the product several times and cannot get the Sveta Portable Audio to find My Rio500. I am running WinXP Professional. I have the device listed in my system tray as connected. The Sveta Config has the device added, and I even have my purple rio as an icon. My problem is that the internal memory shows 0MG . Hitting refresh does not do anything. Trying to load the player fron the Music Converter or the right-click option in explorer goes through the motions and then tells me to run the config program to add the device. (which I have already done.)
Any suggestions? I'm trying to use this program because the program I had been using (MyRio500) does not load some files ripped with PowerAmp.
BTW: The BEST and FASTEST loading for my Rio500 is from a copy of RealPlayer that Sonic Blue gives you (you just need your Rio serial#) The files I have trouble with load OK and the load spead is great. Biggest downside is all the crap and popup that comes with Ral Player makes it a RealDog to use.
