When i encode a wav file with Nero AAC codec to cbr 320kps, the résult is a file encoded in 327kps?
I delete this same file, and it re-appear in the folder after one second. I must slide the file outside the folder for delete it. Why?

It might be your virus checker which is making the file reappear after deleting, I have seen it before.
