When I convert my WAV. to AAC. the KB readout is only 1kb or 0kb. I have tried several times to uninstall and re-install and this does not seem to work. Any suggestions. Thanks.

Do you get an error message? What settings are you converting to?

I am trying to convert a m4a to AAC with these settings:
AAC Plus, 185 kb, 44.1KHZ, 48 Kpbs, stereo.

Also, I am trying to convert a WAVE to those same settings.

What are the specs of your source file?
