Audible Manager 4.0 [Archive]

Does anyone have a copy of Audible Manager 4.0 that they could make available for download?

I need it for my windows 98 system and Audible took it off of their site.

Do you know how far back that goes?

I first began using Audible in ~1999-2000 and have whatever was current at that time archived to a CD-R. Any version between then and now though I may be lacking.
