Diamond Rio 500 MP3 Software

This is not a reply but a question. I have a Diamond Rio 500 MP3 player but I do not know what software that I need to D/L. I don't want to pay for one that I can't use and I need the correct one. Any help?? Thanks!

Check the website of the manufacturer for their software, if you want to use that.
