Cannot display information or error log

Hi,

I am using the full version 12.1 on a windows xp machine. After I convert files, the [Finished] dBpoweramp music converter window comes on. I go to the lower left side down arrow and make sure the display info log and display error log boxes are checked, but nothing happens and I cannot get any of that info. Am I doing something wrong?

It only shows if there is an error, or info, try converting a file, click the List and Rename and set the drive to:

t:\afile.mp3

(you will not have a T drive and it will show the error).
