Hi,
I have problems converting files to my Rio800 player. I frequently(but not always) get the error message "Unable to send file to portable player. Please check connection and player has free memory." My connection is active, and I do have available memory. I am converting to WMA 8. I am running Win XP Pro. Sometimes the files will convert and transfer, But sometimes (and I can never predict when), I will get this error. Any advice? Thanks
