email link wont work

Our school has just purchased a power pack but in the confirm email the links to the software do not work - neither of them - although on close inspection both the main link and the alternative are the same.

I have to report to the principals to say the charge went through but I cant access the product :vmad:

Is there a possible reason for this?

It might be a problem with SWREG, try again tomorrow.

Note that SWREG is a third-party that handles the purchasing, we have no control over problems they have, nor do we have a way to fix it. Try contacting them if the problem persists.

Ok - thanks - hopefully it is that - maybe a firewall issue here at work - will try at home tonight and let you know.

I have the file - I went into our N2H2 filter and gave specific 'allow' access to 'swreg' and I got the download dialogue box. :smile2:
