Batch Playlist Creation?

What is the easiest way to create a playlist from a group of .FLAC files in a folder? I have ripped about 500 CDs, each to its own folder. I now want to create a playlist for each CD. Ideally, I'd like a "batch conversion" so I do not have to do each folder individually. Is this possible?

Since playlist files are standard, you could probably write a program to do it. Alternatively, there should be some programs that do this available somewhere.
