Hi,

I just installed the program and everything looked really cool. But now there's a big problem, it just doesn't detect the internal memory of my mp3 player. I'm using the Rio500 on wnXP. Firmware 2.16 is just installed on it, and I formatted the device. I've tried to send a file directly via rightmouse button, and the Diamond Rio 500 icon on the desktop, non of the two worked.
Do you know how to solve this problem?

Thnx in advance,

Does the Rio show internal memory when it is switched on? Does it work with the Rio Audio Manager.

Yes, it does show internal memory, and it does work with Rio Manager. I also have external memory (128MB) doesn't show that either.

ps. I really appreciate what you are doing Spoon :)

Please.

The log shows nothing, is the Rio plugged straight into the PC? without any other USB devices connected?

I have the same issue with the sveta programs not recognizing the rio in XP. I installed the software and it worked 1 time, but then kaput. It still works with riorio. It seems that the DBpoweramp software is not properly addressing the device for some reason.

You might as well both post your log files like above, it might shed a little light on the problem.
